WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM MY FIRST VISIT?

As a first time guest you will be given an informative tour of the facility in order to familiarize you with our service areas and overall space.  We want you to be at home and comfortable while you visit us.

Upon meeting stylist or therapist you’ll be asked a number of questions during your consultation in order for us to better understand what you’d like to achieve from your visit and what your immediate and long term goals are for your hair & body. 

You’ll then proceed to your service where you’ll experience our signature services with one of our talented stylist and or therapist. Your satisfaction is important to us… we will provide an amazing service but also recommend professional products for you to use at home to enhance your care.

WHERE DO I PARK?

We have street level parking located on the service lane of Sheikh Zayed Road (North). You may also call our front desk prior to your arrival as we have designated parking allocated for customers with in the salon premises as well near the financial metro station.

WHY ARE YOU A SPECIALIZED SALON?

MIND & SENSE is a ‘specialized’ salon – which means that our hairdressers & our therapists are highly trained and we pay great attention to the brands we partner with and at any cost we do not compromise on our hygiene standards.

Our philosophy is much the same as that of any field that we are drawn to areas where we are naturally talented and with concentrated training, and to top it all Mind & Sense is your one stop shop for all your beauty care

WHAT IS “TIERED PRICING” FOR SERVICES? (EXPERIENCE LEVELS)

At Mind & Sense prices will vary based upon expertise and skill level.  We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of pricing levels for our guests to choose from to fit their budgets.

Not to be misunderstood as a level system associated with tenure, our pricing program is specifically tied back to advanced training, skill competency, and overall refinement of technical and artistic work.

Skill and ability always support pricing at Mind & Sense.

As Stylist & Therapist move from level to level their pricing for services will adjust accordingly.
